Since the public demo of ChatGPT in 2022, AI has been a robust topic of conversation in libraries. We’re aware that training data for popular LLMs amplify racial bias, sexism, and other social harms. How can libraries work to mitigate the harms of AI systems? What does ethical use of AI in libraries look like? Join the NDLA EDI committee in thinking through these questions in the spring session of our discussion series.
